Owners and guests only
No smoking allowed
No running or horseplay
No glass allowed in the pool or on the deck
No food allowed in the pool area
No animals/pets allowed in the pool area
No frisbees, hard balls (baseball, softball, football, soccer), floats or inflatable toys
No unsupervised children; must be accompanied by an adult
No loud noises or music
No lifeguard on duty; swim at own risk
PLEASE KEEP OFF POOL ROPE, TREES & ROCKS
There are NO PETS allowed except for those owned by the homeowners. No exceptions.
Pets
Parking
Only two (2) vehicles are permitted at each home.
Trailers (RV trailers, utility trailers, trailers with boats or wave runners), large vehicles, recreational vehicles, etc. must fit on parking pad and not overhang the street or grassed areas.
NO motorcycles, other than those owned by the homeowner, ARE NOT PERMITTED.
Speed limit 11 MPH throughout the entire development.
GOLF CART RENTALS
Per Ocean Grove Development Restrictions & Regulations, Golf carts, other than those owned by the homeowner, ARE NOT PERMITTED. No exceptions.
Curbside trash collection is not provided.
Bagged trash must be deposited in one of the two (2) dumpsters on Seaview Avenue.
Do NOT dump trash in the pool area trash bins.

GRILLS
There is NO community grill for use. Each home in Ocean Grove is individually owned therefore, it is the discretion of each owner to have one.
Also, fire pits are not permitted in the development and are illegal by North Myrtle Beach city law.
